In the limousine and chauffeur waiting room, a chauffeur will be waiting for you with signs. We also offer a curbside airport transfer service for your convenience. If you need to cancel your trip, there will be no extra charges from us. However, we do charge a 25% cancellation fee on all refunds. This is because cancellations can disrupt our services.
If you reschedule your trip for a future date, you won't be charged a cancellation fee. In addition, if you credit your account with the funds that we have already raised to be used for future bookings with us, no cancellation fees will be incurred. May's Limousine Service provides a car shuttle service from Atlanta Airport to more than 50 destinations in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina. We make sure that your journey is safe, convenient and hassle-free. Due to the high demand for prom limousines and requests for party buses during graduation seasons, cancellations of prom limousine rentals are not refunded. If you cancel within the vehicle cancellation period (indicated below), you will be charged the total cost of the rental, plus the price of the hourly service indicated in the confirmation of the rental contract. EarthTran Global Limousine is not responsible for passenger expenses in the event of a mechanical failure.
